QUALITY OF RAW MATERIALS

The food in our restaurant is prepared using local, healthy and quality ingredients. The ravioli of Val Varaita, for example, are a typical dish of the area and are prepared using our potatoes, which we grow in Chianale using natural methods.

The Peiro Groso inn of Chianale in the province of Cuneo was born in a rural house of the Occitan tradition dating back to 1723.

The great particularity of our inn is surely the big “stone”, on which the Locanda is built and supports the walls on it.
