The Restaurant

Peiro Groso has a restaurant that is open to half-board guests as well as to the public.

Here you can enjoy traditional dishes, prepared with care and passion.

The starting point is always the careful selection of raw materials that are as local as possible , to enhance the value of small producers in the area, and seasonal, respecting the variety that nature offers throughout the year.

The inn also has a small vegetable garden, which provides fresh, healthy vegetables in summer.

The typical dish par excellence of the Varaita Valley is ravioles: elongated dumplings made at home with the potatoes we grow in Chianale, in the family fields, which have now been handed down for 3 generations.
